During this extra-long Restorative Yoga class, you’ll have the opportunity to find deep relaxation in body and mind, restore your energy, and release physical, emotional, and mental tension.

The class lasts three hours, giving you the time and space to dive deeply into your body, develop bodily awareness, and recognize and release deeply rooted tension.

In this extended session, we’ll work with them in depth as a therapeutic movement and massage tool that targets the body’s trigger points. Yoga balls help release tension in the fascia (connective tissue), build tissue resilience, and soften held tension.
During this workshop, we practice bringing awareness to each pose.
We’ll slow down and stay longer in each position, exploring bodily sensations and breath.
This approach to yoga has an immediate and profound effect on your mental and emotional state.

Restorative Yoga Combined with a Sound Bath
This experience is combined with guided meditation and breathwork, focusing on deep, embodied relaxation. The tones harmonize the cells with their frequencies, helping body and mind return to balance. These brainwave states support deep rest, rejuvenation, and inner calm.

Restorative yoga is a slow and gentle form of yoga designed to bring you into a deep state of calm and rest. I use various props like blankets and bolsters to support the body in different poses, allowing the entire system to enter a deeply relaxed state.

A key part of these sessions involves the use of various yoga balls and trigger-point balls. In addition, mindfulness and embodiment are essential elements of Restorative Yoga. Exclusively for these Sundays, my gentle restorative yoga class is combined with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath – a lying-down sound concert created especially for this occasion and added to this special yoga session.

In the second part of the session, I will guide you through a sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, a shamanic drum, and a soft and soothing voice. A Sound Bath is a meditative sound experience where participants "bathe" in waves of sound.

The vibration of the singing bowls can have powerful effects on the body and mind. Singing bowls also positively affect brainwave activity, helping shift your brainwaves from the usual beta state (active thinking, stress mode) to alpha, theta, or delta states.

This session is for anyone seeking deep rest and relaxation, and especially for those dealing with chronic tension, burnout, fatigue, anxiety, or sleep problems.
